Welcome to The Temple Within of Sacred Studies. We ask our students and/or participants to review our terms and conditions at DeniseFrancisco.com before participating in any class, workshop, retreat, or special event .

The Temple Within of Sacred Studies is operated and is covered under The Temple Within LLC. The Temple Within School of Sacred Studies does not reflect a certain religious path, spiritual tradition, or doctrine, but is a vehicle for education to bring about awareness pertaining to global religions, spiritual pathways, personal and human development. As an individual, you are welcome to participate in accordance with your own free will. The curriculum presented online or onsite does not obligate students to abandon their natural form of religion, spirituality or personal identity. It is offered for educational purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse any individual that creates conflict or is out of agreement with The School of Sacred Studies.

The Temple Within School of Sacred Studies hosts guest facilitators (i.e. spiritual teachers, metaphysicians, elders, leaders, shamans, healers, lecturers) from around the world and different walks of life who bring their wealth of knowledge and experience to The Temple Within of School of Sacred Studies. The Temple Within School of Sacred Studies values the integrity of its students and hosted guests. Any exchange of spiritual information or healing modality from The Temple Within of Sacred Studies or from a hosted guest event does not replace or discontinue a medical licensed physician or medical professional’s care and advice.

Students or participants of The Temple Within Scared Studies who participate in Temple Within School of Sacred Studies classes, workshops, retreats, or hosted events do so of their own free will. We ask students or participants to never make assumptions and to be proactive in their spiritual development. If a student or participant has concerns or questions regarding the material presented in the class, workshop, retreat, or special event listed above, we ask that that the student or participant follow up with the facilitator listed above.

The Temple Within LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services provided by guest facilitator hosted at the Temple Within School of Sacred Studies. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites. The Temple Within LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party web sites or services.

• I am participating in the specified class, workshop, or special event listed above.
• By signing this Waiver, I acknowledge that I am in good health and in proper physical and mental condition to participate in this course, and I assume all risk, and take full responsibility; waiving any claims of personal injury, disability, sickness, loss or damage to person or property inherent in, and/or in any way connected with participating in these classes at the facility, or unforeseeable mental, emotional, or physical challenge or disease associated with classes, workshops, or events taught or held at The Temple Within LLC School of Sacred Studies.
• I acknowledge and agree that The Temple Within LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party facilitator web sites or services.
• I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against The Temple Within LLC School of Sacred Studies, facilitator, the owner, property owner for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in classes or workshops held The Temple Within LLC School of Sacred Studies.
• I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
